Sila baca terma dan syarat berikut dengan teliti. Terma & syarat ini terpakai bagi sesiapa sahaja yang mendaftar kursus di BP ACCOUNT ADVISORY SDN. BHD. & BP STRATEGY SECRETARIAL SDN. BHD. ("BPAA & BPSS").

Terma dan syarat ini adalah kontrak antara permohon (permohon) dan BP ACCOUNT ADVISORY SDN. BHD. & BP STRATEGY SECRETARIAL SDN. BHD. (Kami)

Semua kursus dalam talian disediakan oleh BPAA & BPSS dan tertakluk kepada syarat berikut:

1. Kursus:
Dengan memulakan kursus dengan kami, permohon mengesahkan bahawa permohon memenuhi syarat minimum kursus berikut.
1.1 Semua kursus yang disediakan dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.
1.2 Permohon bersetuju untuk mengikuti mana-mana dasar dan peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh kami.

2. Pembayaran:
2.1 Setelah pembayaran, pemohon dengan ini bersetuju dan/atau memberikan persetujuan mengenai Terma & Syarat ("T&C") di mana sebarang pertikaian mengenai Syarat dan Ketentuan ini tidak akan dilayan oleh kami.
2.2 Pemohon dengan ini bersetuju bahawa yuran yang dibayar untuk pendaftaran Kursus Korporat 2021 ini tidak akan dikembalikan dalam apa jua alasan dan / atau bentuk apa pun.
2.3 Sekiranya pemohon menarik diri secara unilateral dari BPAA & BPSS, pemohon dengan ini memberikan persetujuan dan / atau dipersetujui bahawa tidak akan ada pengembalian wang dari BPAA & BPSS sama ada bayaran yang sepatutnya dibayar oleh pemohon. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang baki bayaran yang perlu dibayar kepada BPAA & BPSS apabila pengeluaran pemohon secara tidak sepihak, hak undang-undang BPAA & BPSS terhadap pemohon untuk bayaran baki dengan ini dilindungi.

3. Undang-undang dan Bidangnya, Hak Pihak Ketiga:
3.1 Seseorang yang tidak mempunyai kaitan dengan kursus tidak akan mempunyai hak dalam kontrak.
3.2 Kursus dan maklumat masuk yang berkaitan adalah untuk kegunaan permohon sahaja. Pihak lain tidak dapat menggunakan perincian ini.

4. Hak Cipta:
4.1 Semua bahan di laman web ini dimiliki oleh BPAA & BPSS. Ini merangkumi semua bahan, video dan audio, grafik, kandungan, reka bentuk, penampilan. Sesuai dengan Terma dan Syarat, tidak ada materi di laman web ini atau kursus terkait yang dapat disalin, diperbanyak, diubah, disimpan, diedarkan, atau dieksploitasi secara komersial dengan cara apa pun tanpa izin dari BPAA &BPSS.
4.2 Sebarang pelanggaran syarat ini boleh mengakibatkan kesalahan jenayah dilakukan.

5. Penerimaan & Perubahan Terma dan Syarat:
5.1 Dengan membaca terma dan syarat ini, secara lisan bersetuju melalui telefon, atau membuat pembayaran di laman web, permohon menerima semua terma dan syarat BPAA & BPSS.
5.2 Setelah permohon menerima Terma dan Syarat berikut, permohon akan membuat kontrak antara BPAA dan permohon sendiri.
5.3 BPAA & BPSS berhak untuk mengubah kandungan, bahan, harga, tawaran, atau masa kursus pada bila-bila masa. Kami menasihati permohon untuk membaca dan menerima terma dan syarat semasa membuat tempahan.

These terms and conditions are a contract between the applicant (applicant) and BP ACCOUNT ADVISORY SDN. BHD. & BP STRATEGY SECRETARIAL SDN. BHD. (We)

All online courses are provided by BPAA & BPSS and are subject to the following conditions:

1. Courses:
By starting a course with us, the applicant confirms that the applicant meets the following minimum course requirements.
1.1 All courses are available in Bahasa Melayu and English.
1.2 The applicant agrees to follow any policies and rules set by us.

2. Payment:
2.1 Upon payment, the applicant hereby agrees and/or consents to the Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) whereby any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions will not be entertained by us.
2.2 The Applicant hereby agrees that the fee paid for the registration of this 2021 Corporate Course will not be refunded in any reason and / or form whatsoever.
2.3 If the applicant withdraws unilaterally from BPAA & BPSS, the applicant hereby consents and / or agrees that there will be no refund from BPAA & BPSS whether the fees should have been paid by the applicant. If there is any balance of payment to be paid to BPAA & BPSS upon unilateral withdrawal of the applicant, the legal right of BPAA & BPSS against the applicant for payment of the balance is hereby protected.

3. The Law and its Terms, Third Party Rights:
3.1 A person who has nothing to do with the course will have no rights in the contract.
3.2 Courses and related entry information are for the use of the applicant only. Other parties cannot use this detail.

4. Copyright:
4.1 All materials on this website are owned by BPAA & BPSS. This includes all materials, video and audio, graphics, content, design, appearance. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, no material on this website or related courses may be copied, reproduced, altered, stored, distributed, or commercially exploited in any way without the permission of BPAA & BPSS.
4.2 Any breach of this condition may result in a criminal offense being committed.

5. Acceptance & Changes to the Terms and Conditions:
5.1 By reading these terms and conditions, verbally agreeing by telephone, or making payment on the website, the applicant accepts all the terms and conditions of BPAA & BPSS.
5.2 After the applicant accepts the following Terms and Conditions, the applicant will enter a contract between BPAA and the applicant himself.
5.3 BPAA & BPSS reserve the right to change the content, materials, prices, offers, or timing of the course at any time. We advise applicants to read and accept the terms and conditions when booking.
