Please read the following terms & conditions carefully. These terms & conditions apply to anyone sign up for a course with BP Account Advisory Sdn. Bhd. (BPAA). These terms and conditions are a contract between student (you) and BP Account Advisory Sdn. Bhd. (we).
All the online courses are provided by BPAA and are subject to the following conditions:
1. Course Requirements:
By starting courses with us, you confirm that you meet the following minimum requirements of the course.
1.1 All the courses provided in Chinese.
1.2 The Student will make a full declaration of any information deemed to be relevant by BPAA.
1.3 The Student agrees to follow any of the policies and regulations set down by BPAA.
2. How to make a booking:
2.1 The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and by paying for the course accepts the terms and conditions. BPAA states that by paying for a booking you have read the terms and conditions.
2.2 You must make full payment at the time of booking. BPAA does not accept deposit or partial payments or installment payments.
2.3 Any course fee paid is not refundable.
3. The Law and its Jurisdiction - Third Party Rights:
A person that has no connection to the course shall have no rights in the contract.
4. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
BPAA reserves the right to change any of these conditions at any time deemed necessary to reflect current market and economic conditions.
5. The Course:
The Course and the relevant login details are solely for your use. Another party cannot use these details.
6. Acceptance of these terms and conditions:
6.1 By reading these terms and conditions, verbally agreeing on the telephone, or making payment on the website you are accepting all terms and conditions of BPAA.
6.2 Once you accept the following Terms and Conditions you enter a contract between BPAA and yourself.
6.3 BPAA reserves the right to change any of the content, material, prices, offers, or time of the courses at any time. We advise you to read and accept the terms and conditions at the time of booking.

As per the Terms and Conditions, no material on this website or related courses can be copied, reproduced, modified, stored, redistributed, or exploited commercially in any way without permission from BPAA.
7.2 Any breach of these terms may result in a criminal offense being committed.
